I just got the extended trilogy on DVD, and I wanted to rip them to my computer. I discovered that there are two copies of the movie stored on the DVD. Same length, the only difference is that one had more audio streams than the other. Why would they do this? They could probably fit the entire extended movie on one disc if they hadn't done this. I'm using MakeMKV to do the ripping, and this is the first time I've come across this.
