No way I'd get on something like that without a roll cage.
Your helmet is the roll cage.
Common with karting. Getting thrown off is the plan if it rolls. Wearing motorcycle leather or a tough race suit is also part of the safety.
And also only doing it on a track!
I’d be most worried about the wheels and tires that don’t look prepared for any kind of side loading.
