It's A Digital Disease!

Looking to make some videos and possibly audio recordings to archive for later - for myself or for whoever is interested at a much, much later date. I'd like to do it cheaply if at all possible, with as little data loss as I can escape with, but I'm not sure how/where to begin.

I was looking at tapes, but that's so jaw-droppingly expensive to have the drives to read/write I don't think that will be for me.

Kind of a brokie 🫣 which probably means the ol' pen and paper route for storage, but I'd really like some kind of digital, hardy medium if possible.
