I currently have 4 x 4TB Seagate Ironwolfs and am looking to expand.

  1. Are there price trackers that I could use to get a sense of what a good deal would be, in terms of price per TB? Something that can send alerts when prices drop below a certain level would be an added bonus
  2. How safe is it to use used drives? They are half the price of new ones, but might fail more quickly.
