Is it possible that some day in the distant future, we will have an archive with all the data that was ever uploaded to the internet (also deleted data) that is accessible by anyone? (zerobytes.monster)

I just thought about how cool it would be if something like that existed. Just imagining being able to download whatever I'm thinking about instantly just by typing in a few keywords to find it, regardless if it was deleted or not.. Sure there would probably be some issues with that, like privacy concerns etc. but to me, data is memory and memories are by far the most valuable thing we have as human beings. As a datahoarder who has lost precious data/memories before, this is my ultimate fantasy.
