Removal of algorithmic suggestions is enticing to me. I’ll take advantage of this as soon as it’s possible.

Honestly doesn't sound too bad, I feel like it'll actually give me suggestions based off what I've already watched, because sometimes I'll let it play and as much as I love dankpods I've accidentally seen his 1 million subscribers video like 17 fucking times because it keeps getting auto played at the end of a completely irrelevant video
One concern is that if I fall down the wellof interesting videos on one topic, does that mean I'm now going to endlessly get video suggestions of only that topic? That binging on videos of the Hoover dam was just a one time thing. A little experimenting. Nothing serious. But now I want to get recommended videos from my subscriptions and go back to normal. I'm guessing that Hoover dam videos are going to follow me incessantly though?
I don't entirely see how this is relevant to some people. For example, I don't care what the recommendations are. I go into YouTube and immediately go to subscriptions and just watch what's new. I realize that this isn't what everyone does, but it works for me.
An interesting idea from Youtube.
