You may have just watched some future person's existence secured. So many idjits shoot themselves in the dick by stuffing guns in their pants, I think it's not as guaranteed a fatal wound.

Although... if you're talking about his thighs, yeah. Severing that femoral artery is a fast bleed-out that'd be hard to contain until he got proper medical attention.

Looks like an angle grinder (which can do a lot of damage very quickly) got away from the operator and tried to cut his dick off but got jammed by his pants and soiled undies.
