Just about saw them here in Dublin but I mistook it for a cloud the first time round lol. There was way too much light pollution.

Nah, travelled to the sea shore in a place with few lights, and all I got was a beautiful sunset.

I'm in a light polluted city, saw a reddish glow to the north, but it was faint. It disappeared a couple hours later, so was definitely the aurora.

Not from my flat in Ware. Not a good view of much open sky, facing south and light pollution.
