I will say that the Lemmygrad posts have been nice, and I've seen some decent stuff from lemmy.ml

First comm I blocked was lemmy.ml memes! It's a much better experience without it, their memes are trash

its so bad. glad im not the only one confused by the meme quality.
honestly apart from the fact that moving from reddit to lemmy has not made people funnier, it's been not too bad
especially when hexbear+lemmygrad have enough communities, so i only go on other instances for the star trek articles

I recommended blocking the meme comm on lemmy.ml and then if you still just want to see hexbear content make sure you're browsing local or subscribed instead of all.
