I got told that I was part of a group that got laid off Monday of last week. Been dissociating the hardest I have in years. When I started to feel emotions that were not my own trying to comfort me that day. I came to the realization I have had some really bad amnesia and small black outs where its clearly not me at the helm. I am so fucking scared right now because the noises in my brain are only letting me sleep 2-3 hours.
Wow, fuck that shit.
Yea tell me about it. It just got better tho. I was able to file for FMLA before my termination date and tomorrow I am getting into a partial hospitalization program. My therapist says she wants to try to get me stable. Nothing feels real and its fucking up badly. Right now if anything causes me to dissociate and is seen as a threat to us its just fucked up by the attack mode goon that in my head. He gets really aggressive and does not really let anyone negotiate he just wants compliance.
Oh fuck, that sounds painful, soooo painful. I don't know what to say. Maybe you need the partial hospitalization, but last time I was in one, it sucked for me (personally). I think mental healthcare in the USA is screwed-up, assuming you live here.

Laptop for online work died, mobo had some sort of short and it was nothing I could fix wth my limited skills and equipment, so I had to buy another total piece of trash. Also yet another tooth is killing me making it hard to sleep, grr.
