so like, there exists this extension which accepts regex and kinda understandable interface.
there is also this one, but it has kinda incomprehensible interface, and this one doesn't have regex
by adding rules like (?:\b[A-Z][A-Za-z]*\b \bBiden\b)|Biden => Genocide Joe, government => regime etc

I don't know whether this is the best one, and its very small (like very bad opsec size), but doesn't seem like it does suspicious stuff from the source code (but maybe more knowledgeable comrades can check?). Also it allows export of rules, which is convenient
