Cool, this means you can also prosecute every Proud Boy and Magat for wearing their Larp gear uniforms when they get violent.

they were politically biased against anti-fascists and had demonstrated a pattern of failing to prosecute members of right-wing groups who committed violence at political rallies and protests.

Oh, shucks, I guess not.

They convicted the guy for wearing black, because apparently that meant that he was part of a larger “conspiracy” for violence in which he didn’t even participate. US courts continue to be an embarrassment to jurisprudence.

So it's illegal to be anti fascist in America now? That's pretty telling. Don't forget to vote for the guys who make it illegal to be against fascism though!

I was hoping you were over-blowing it, you were not.

“Basically ... what he got convicted for is what he was wearing, which is problematic for the First Amendment,” Curtis Briggs, White’s San Francisco-based defense attorney, told reporters outside the courtroom Friday. “Mr. White will definitely appeal after sentencing, and I think it’s an amazing appellate area that implicates the First Amendment.”
