Reading social media and listening to podcasts often makes it feel like almost everyone has an office job that they can do remotely.

Where's all the other tradespersons at?

At my home office keeping the hot water and wi-fi on ๐Ÿซถ

Is it fully remote positions only? I was looking at job postings in IT across Europe recently, and 80% were advertised as hybrid, 1-3 days in the office on average. The rest were equal portion fully remote and full time office.

Would be higher if WFO was on a "when justifiable or at the employee's discretion" basis for everyone.

if it would be part time from home the numbers would be way higher.
