Martyrs!
Plenty of "this is gross or terrifying or..." type answers. How about Sorry to Bother You because it's one of the most "what the fuck" turns in the later act. Seriously, I never, ever saw that coming.

I do not recommend it.
I saw that in a theater, with a guest appearance and Q&A with Crispin Glover afterwards. That was an evening.
Slither (2006) fucked me up the first time I watched it. Now I can watch it and laugh. Also, Pam from "The Office" is in it as the police dispatch/receptionist... so, I guess she just got type cast.
It was Parasite for me. That movie made me feel like shit for days after watching it.
Probably not the most fucked up movie I've ever seen, but Aniara is fucking bleak.

I first saw it years ago at a goth movie night, and I've never witnessed a more uncomfortable audience reaction. Would still recommend.
I have watched a bunch of movies of Gaspar Noéh and they are all pretty fucked up.

Mother! was disturbing and great. One of the few Aronofsky that I stomached and enjoyed watching more than once
I like that film, and like most of his films, it’s an only need to watch once experience. It was definitely not the most fucked up movie I ever saw.
Cocaine bear, funny as hell, but disgusting at the same time, but it doesn't compare to "Ich seh, Ich seh"/goodnight mommy in English.
