MODERATORS
Spencer Ackerman is a great reporter and he's doing god's work. But - a head's up - he's no fun to read at all. At times the text is clunky and it reads like a technical report on a .gov site. Other times it reads a bit like a bad and overly clever substack post.
The Wikipedia section on 702 is 17 words. To obfuscate something - make it insanely long or insanely short.
