What does everyone think of this game?

How does it compare to Helldivers 2?

Remnant 2 fucking rules. It's third person shooter dark souls. Extremely good, so much stuff to chew on and explore. Open class and talent system. No mmo or destiny shit, just regular multiplayer if you want to play with friends. Tons of hidden stuff. Significantly better than the first one IMO. No fascist starship trooper protagonists. Lots of dungeon variety with very light rogue elements (it's mostly souls like). Tons of weird bits of lore everywhere, like a souls game.

First real sell I've seen for this game.

Now I'm interested.

IMO it's more fun with friends. It's not bad at all solo but I think it really shines as a multiplayer souls game.

Sounds good.

The first one was pretty fun, nice weighty melee combat and a good variety of weird guns. I didn't replay it a ton after beating it though

IDK shit about the second one

I game on steam and have had my eyes on the first one for years, but its price still seems to hover around $60. With a roguelike, I'd rather not pirate on account of constant updates and tweaks.

Idk thats all I have to contribute to this post
