Is there any way to block whole servers? For example german servers, like feddit.de

Settings > Filters & Blocks > Blocked instances > Scroll to the bottom > Add Instance

Careful though, there seems to be currently no way to unblock anything.

You can remove a user/comm/instance from your list by going to Settings > Filters & Blocks and swiping left on the item you want to remove then tap Unblock when the option appears on the right.
