I'd been connecting to wireguard servers just fine up until yesterday's evening. Now it wouldn't connect to literally any server regardless of protocol (ovpn/wireguard) unless I use shadowsocks bridge with v2ray. My ISP is Rostelekom.

Can any of you Russian folks confirm if you're experiencing the same issues right now or is it just me?
