Mullvad VPN

Hi, I have installed extensions in Mullvad using Standard Security settings but I am not sure it uses it apart from the few preinstalled one. I understand it might accept installing extensions to reduce fingerprinting. However, I am seesing the extension in the Add-On section but am able to access the settings of each extendion. Is it possible? Also, I tried to add those extensions as icons close to the url bar but going to Tools->Customize like on FF, I cant' see these extentsion present. So can we put the extensions beside the url bar or is Mullvad even allowing the extension? Quite confusing setting. Thanks
