What kind of super cheap dummies is the CHP looking at if they think this is "next level modeling?"
Makes a pleasant change that a) they got caught, and b) they tried to truck the cups in the first place. Around here about a third of the drivers in the carpool lanes just don't care. There are no options for solo drivers to pay for carpool lane access, so it's just pure violation of the law, because the cops don't do shit to enforce it.
