You probably won't get anything interesting from that. They are some of the most widely known movies of all time, if you haven't watched a single one, there's probably a reason for that. And I don't think you can actually find someone without prior knowledge. I didn't finish a single one but know pretty much everything from memes and other popculture references.

I wish I qualified...I've only seen two of them and it was two decades ago. The prequels released when I was in middle school (?) and after hearing everyone rave about the original trilogy, I watched A New Hope...but I was too put off by the campy dialogue to watch the rest. Then I saw Episode I in theaters and did not enjoy it so I never bothered with the franchise again.
I LOVED the LEGO sets, though.
