I thought I could tell the difference. I couldn’t. Then I started noticing more and more. It’s really obvious once you start seeing it. Anti Tesla/Elon comments are very generic in nature. They basically are just a regurgitation of negative comments that pervade the internet. And if you attempt to have a conversation with one, it feels like talking to a five year old. I thought these were just foolish people who believed headlines too easily. I’m just posting this as a warning to any real humans here to take care and not get sucked into the negativity. It’s artificial. Recommend meeting negative comments with critical thinking and a constructive, logical debate, you’ll see it can’t be reciprocated. A bots argument is never more than skin deep and never original in nature. Good luck all. I think this platform is going to sink once everyone starts to see what’s going on. I’m kinda creeped out but also fascinated.

Their recent comments consist of doing this:

It always heard about bots but never took it seriously because I didn’t notice. I did notice all the anti Elon rhetoric, but assumed it was real people. Then two days ago I just started to see. It was weird. Like in that movie They Live where he puts the glasses on. Then it became clear as day. Generic negativity with no ability to have constructive conversation. So creepy.

Didn't they recently recall every single Cybertruck because the accelerator pedal could come unstuck and wedge it to the floor? Was that bots too?

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 25 points 1 year ago

Tired: ghost in the machine

Wired: bot in my accelerator pedal

[–] AnarchoAnarchist@hexbear.net 20 points 1 year ago

The best part is "every single Cybertruck" was a little less than 4k vehicles.

Judging by the top post in the subreddit the official fix is to drill a screw through the plastic on the accelerator pedal to hold it in place better. They're so fucked lmao.

janky ass fix for a janky ass truck

[–] goferking0@lemmy.sdf.org 3 points 1 year ago

yeah but it the tool looks 3d printed! And only takes a short amount of time to fix, so impressive

But why is the fix even needed. They never get that

Somebody got big mad after being told "stfu nerd" for the 4th time today while explaining why the cyber truck is fricking epic baconsauce.

Elon: Shits himself

Normal people: “Eww, gross, he shit himself, you can see it leaking out his pants leg.”

Elon simps: “Hmmm all this criticism sound eerily similar, clearly this is the work of bots.”

[–] CarbonScored@hexbear.net 18 points 1 year ago

None of these Elon haters are even capable of constructive criticism about his pant shitting. Confirmed CCP bots xinternet

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 29 points 1 year ago (1 children)

It's me. I'm the bot. Hating on Elon from the depths of my cold mechanical heart.

Osamu Tezuka's comics go hard lol.

[–] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 25 points 1 year ago

It's just the natural extension of anyone who disagrees with my correct take is a bot discourse.

[–] davel@hexbear.net 24 points 1 year ago

Libs are Holden Caulfield, and anyone who disagrees is a big phony.

[–] InevitableSwing@hexbear.net 17 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Like in that movie They Live where he puts the glasses on.

That made me laugh. They think they are the good guy in a movie fighting evil forces because they are one of the few people who can see reality for what it is.
