Honestly this is the best bot accusation I've seen in a while. Definitely a monitored bot/troll account, especially given they removed their account immediately after being found out.
There's no way in hell a normal redditor would've done anything but double down.
I really hate making bot accusations just cuz it really is so difficult to prove and it makes it so easy to ignore whatever is said (Hexbears get called tankie/Kremlin/CCP bots all the time)

Agreed. The word gets thrown incredibly quickly at anyone who disagrees with them. But in this case their account was dedicated to anti-Russian talking points, they made comments with absolutely no relevance or even relevant context to anything but a single keyword, and tried to hide their tracks shortly after being found out. It's never 100% certain, but, that one's fairly certain.
