This version has removed employer names, which makes it much harder to track people down than some of the earlier reports, which is why I'm willing to share it.

I don't think anyone's faulting you, just saying the media shouldn't have made it public at all. The court should treat this case just like any high-profile mafia case and assume that everyone's a potential target.

Surely by the very fact that they don't keep up with current affairs or the news, they cant be representative of 'the people'?

A really huge fraction of the population doesn't keep up with those. Probably about 1/4 don't read a newspaper, don't watch TV news, and don't listen to radio news.
