Yeah, but Helldivers 2 CEO described the challenges of live service games sounds a lot less interesting gotta pump those articles

I love this game it's great fun, but it needs groups of friends unfortunately.

My friends have moved away to other games and now if I play on my own with random it's just not as much fun

I find if I play on the higher difficulties I tend to end up in very fun groups.

If I play on more relaxed difficulties, I usually have random people running across the map aggroing everything and then throwing their orbital barrage on top of me on the console doing the objective before setting themselves on fire somehow without even using any fire stratagems.

I only play on helldiver, it's the most fun imo. When i played on impossible, i mostly played with people who thought they were better than they are.
I love this game, but damn the crashes are annoying. I think if the game never crashed i had like 10 levels more.

I had a terrible experience playing with random matchmaking but asking in discord if anyone wants to play or hop on a voice channel made the experience much better and cut out the trolls.

The volume of hackers is getting crazy. Joining games where its bleeding obvious the character that says its level 90 is actually barely double digits, hell ive even seen one leave and then rejoin as a level 13….

Also if they want to try and reduce toxicity they need to introduce a cheer button. DRG got that down pat, bar wouldnt hurt either

Every game needs a battle cry button!

Yes! Whats weird is HD2 has every other emote but the one that would match it so well!

“For democracy!” “For freedom!”

I needs it.

Have played a couple hundred hours as squad of 4. 1 guy had lots of crashing the first few weeks, replaced his ram and no crashing. The rest of us have had a few issues here and there. Biggest complaint is waiting for medals, but that seems to be resolved.
