rode my bike past a tesla in the downtown area recently (hexbear.net)

I was a bit close to the center line on a 2-lane 2-way street, and the tesla slowed down a bit as it came towards me. I saw the driver suddenly fumbling to fasten their seatbelt while I rode past. I think they were using self-driving mode, and maybe it alerted them when I was within some proximity range. It was a kinda funny moment once I realized what had happened.

It was nearby to some charging stations, so I think they probably engaged self driving before thinking about their seatbelt.
