They just need the DNC delegate vote to move up by like ~2 weeks. Very easy for the Dems to do and they will automatically be on the ballot.
Really shows you how seriously Dems take the threat of Trump’s Return, to not even bother to do the minimum required things to get Biden on the ballots.
Yes, they can still easily do it. They don't need to move the convention, just the delegate vote.
