The creator is kind of a huge lib last time I checked, but I have a soft spot for bizarro fiction and the art is fun.
It can be surprisingly spooky for a comedy comic, the body horror and medical grossness is stomach turning sometimes, but always in weirdly lighthearted way?
Also this comic has been running for a looooooong time holy shit. I haven't read it since spoiler:
