Sorry to break it to you but is not even surviving. The one qualification to surviving is not to die and you will do that. This is existing and too many assholes get their kicks from making it suck.
I find it freeing that life has no meaning. That means I don't have to bother meeting arbitrary goals and deadlines.
Surviving is literally all it's about. Anything more is what we do in the meantime.

Having BPD or being bi-polar makes it so that you constantly flip between these two states, with nothing in the middle.
BPD fucking sucks; everything is all or nothing. There is only extreme love or extreme hate and it doesn't take much to go from one to the other in the blink of an eye. 😩
