Uhhh...the reality exists somewhere between no gaming or gaming consuming your entire life. This is a false choice being given to us by a member of the ultra-rich who has a financial interest in people using tech more

a recently-knighted AI millionaire

I don't even know what to say to this.

That said, games are great for creativity and mental health and whatever, as long as they are not lootbox-laden casinos.

Why is their game running on their second screen? And what are they doing on their primary one? Playing another game?

They're reading the wiki for lore because they're 85% through the game skipping all cutscenes and lore drops, but they're finally interested in the story now, if only because of the lore based puzzle they're stuck at.

If playing one game boosts creativity by a little bit, playing two games at once must boost it by a lot.

Imagine they're playing CSGO and DOTA at the same time 🤯

They're an old-school Runescape player setting up their afk-grind so that they don't lose xp efficiency while they play a game with their friends.

Interesting anecdote. Fortunately, it's supported by research.

No shit. Puzzles are visual problem-solving. An absolute moron would not be able to beat a good puzzle game without a guide.
