What is Microsoft Azure used for?

Cloud computing. Can be used for anything, really. From simple data analyzes, to development and AI bullshit.

more like scared to host their own infrastructure, which to be fair, can make sense sometimes.

"You can't make an old version of a credential in a key vault the current version" that's called security dipshit. Rotate your credentials often, basic fucking security.
