I'm invited to an open air concert tomorrow evening, weather says it should be 18 degrees C with clouds and possibly slight rain. Would a T-shirt be fine? Im assuming there will be enough of a crowd t (kbin.social)

Totally depends on the venue and seating. I might bring a jacket I could tie around my waist just in case

It all depends on humidity and wind. What is the humidity and wind forecast?

relatively high humidty, light/mid wind strength. I guess both of them count against a jacket lol
