It's beautiful, the thin strip of grass separating pedestrians on the sidewalk (that no one would ever voluntarily use) from the stroad with an at least 40 MPH speed limit, the desolate asphalt wasteland surrounding another clone of the same burgerpunk strip mall every American has seen tens of thousands of times, its quaint, simple, and yet dignified exterior merely a paper-thin facade over the cheapest, flimsiest possible construction, the brain-melted fascist boomer boater kulak who is the most fragile, rage-filled yet cowardly cracker who is only kept from crumbling by constant stimulation from conservative talk radio, Facebook, and Fox News but only within 700 meters (rare variant: the same but also only one bad encounter with some unfortunate non-white person or treat servant or something from shooting someone)

In essence: another commercial-district banger
