MODERATORS
Probably the DOS era side of things.
I feel like it's really PS2 era for me that I can say I like without nitpicking too much. Before that? Maybe Starcraft and Pokemon, but those are exceptions
I play mid 80s games. Must admit I was recently very pleasantly surprised by Final Fantasy 2 (actual 2, not 5), especially how modern it felt compared to number 1.
Galaga is peak arcade game. i've got the emulated version on my 3DS which makes it perfect for short sessions.
