Some Democrats have signaled they may be open to protecting Johnson this time around. Rep. Jared Moskowitz, wrote on social media, "I do not support Speaker Johnson but I will never stand by and let MTG to take over the people's House."

5 months ago he was a dangerous fundamentalist Christian extremist* according to Democrats, now they want to protect him lmao.

*tbf he is a fundamentalist Christian extremist, but I don't think him being Speaker is any different than if any other Republican was given the position.

Johnson is worse than MTG because he appears "reasonable". The dems scream on and on about the danger of fascism. But they keep moving to the right and in what they call savvy political maneuvers - they aid the fascists.
