Yeah, I'm gonna demand some record of how much each of the other people are paying in rent/payments. "Financially stable" is really sus here.
You've misread the ad. They aren't financially stable—you need to be financially stable. They're looking for a sugar daddy who will also have to pay child support. A 4br 3ba in Kenton typically rents in the high $2000's to low $3000's.
That's...what I'm saying. Anyone who did this without a legal agreement absolving themself of responsibility is in for trouble. Well, they probably are anyways.
