They actually have those for elderly people. It's a type of calorie-dense orange juice that they give them in nursing homes.
Could that orange drink be my lunch as long as I promise to eat a salad every dinner?
Probably not. While there probably is a good bit of protein in it, the bulk of the carbs probably come from a lot of added sugars.
