Religion is always organized. That's the definition of it. It's organized belief. Take away the organization (= rules on how to believe / act), and you're left with personal beliefs.

Fuck all religions :)

I don't know. I've been to some pretty disorganized Hellenistic pagan events. Damn good time, though.

No, you could actually have your own personal set of beliefs and call it a religion.
