Funny enough, I was just talking about that in another thread. Yeah, Omaha Beach, one of the two beaches taken by the Americans, got bogged down horribly, while the other four beaches (Two taken by the British, one by the Canadians, one other by the Americans) all met or exceeded their objectives.
