Yep. Thereโs something about tinned or jar cooked things that just isnโt right. Sort of sticky clammy. Need my thesaurus!
It's the surface tension, they are stringy thick. They also use fats that don't melt in your mouth. They are too sweet.
100% on the too sweet. Never found a jar salsa that wasnโt effectively jam.
