Also at about 5:1 carbs to protein it's pretty close to the 4:1 ratio recommended for endurance athletes by Edmund R. Burke, PhD. One of my professors would say, "There are no junk foods only junk diets."

Some foods are surprisingly Macro friendly too. I eat more slices of American cheese than I thought it was possible to on a diet.
