Yes. we. should.

The only reason to restrict voting is to keep "undesirables" from having a say in government.

In a fair government everyone should be represented. The only way to even approach that is to make it a requirement that everyone votes.

Maybe include an update to proportional election systems so that you can have more than two parties/better representation?
