Breadtube if it didn't suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

As a black LGBTQ+ person, the fact that I've seen white liberals, some of whom are LGBTQ+ themselves, use the "BIPOC tend to be more homo/transphobic, so that's why it's okay for me to be racist!" kind of thinking is very scary.

The scariest part? I know they're lying about their motives from the get-go. I'm a black LGBTQ+ person who is obviously not homophobic or transphobic, but they still are racist to me despite this.

That mentality is evil. I one time fell for that trap, and it led to me having an insanely unhealthy amount of internalized racism as a result of it, and people wonder why I hate liberals so damn much.

Liberals are people who can make bigotry look more socially acceptable, and that scares the shit out of me because I constantly feel like I'm surrounded by all liberals and conservatives and zero leftists. I literally don't feel safe, especially in fucking Florida.

“The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way: the liberal is more deceitful than the conservative.”
