My best case is having about 20-24 hour long waking part of the day and then 7-10 hours of sleep. We need to slow this planet tf down, why rotate so fast!?
No worries, moon slows down earths rotation by about 1.8 milliseconds per century. You'll have your 30 hour day in about a billion years.
Perfect, wake me up then. Or if the sun gets too hot, just don't.
