My daughter grilled a couple pounds of broccoli tonight. Absolutely amazing flavor over charcoal.

broccoli is the one vegetable I want 0 char on, it makes it taste bitter

Not directly on the grill! She used a sheet, so it got the smoke flavor but no char.
