Heh. I sometimes think I should go back and revisit some of my projects (not just leather but woodworking and knives too). Then I think that maybe I should just leave them and use them as a way to measure my progress. I was happy with it at the time, and I’ve grown since. So what. It’s nice to see what you did end up with at that time and how far you’ve come.
It’s a bit like an author rewriting parts of books they wrote years back. They shouldn’t!
So I then leave them and just look at and embrace the faults and learnings :)
To add: it’s a very good comment though. We should think about this and the value of what we make even when it’s early and not perfect. The progression is important.
