I would be such a dope rich guy. Wealth is wasted on the wealthy
I would build apartment buildings and rent them at exactly break even for the cost of utilities and maintenance. So a 1bd would be like $500 in a major city. If you had several hundred billion you could really fuck up the local housing market. Just buy every property for sale and rent them out at 25% of what everything else is going for.
I'm so happy I'm not the only one to think of this!
