Biden had promised to reconsider US support for Israel if it launched a major operation in Rafah. He has not followed through on his words

That's what pisses me off about this. Not only does it look weak and stupid from a diplomatic standpoint but it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. We(the US) have few allies in the Middle East because we can't be trusted. We will always suck Israel's dick for that weird apocalyptic bullshit and other reasons that honestly don't measure up to the loss of life, goodwill, and potential.

Hate being American right now legitimately would rather be an animal in the woods at this rate.
