Foggy weather in a questionably maintained helicopter in a mountainous region. They didn't stand a chance.

They've already blamed the United States as a contributor. Apparently they are flying around in 20 year old helicopters that they can't buy parts for due to US sanctions.

Maybe don't use a form of transportation that very, very, heavily relies on key parts that you're not able to get. Just maybe.
