If he brought his documents to a notary public I'm sure they wouldn't offer any resistance to the "jurisdiction" and still sign it. Does the sovcit think this nullifies the documents? Does he think "shit, now I gotta take to the sea"? Will the evil gubment come knocking? So many questions.
